General

We process personal data only as needed to run plens.de and as permitted by the GDPR.

Hosting & server logs

Visits generate technical server logs (IP address, time, user agent, URL). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security/operation).

Session & language

We use a necessary session cookie for CSRF protection, votes and language. No tracking/ads/analytics cookies. No Google Fonts, external CDNs or third-party trackers.

Shooting IDs & media

Media and metadata belong to the respective creator and are removed when the retention period ends. Likes/dislikes are stored pseudonymously via a session key.

Contact / messages

If you send a message, we process name, email and content to deliver it to the creator. Messages are also stored in the creator panel.

Retention

Shootings are deleted after 60 days by default, or earlier on request (7 days).

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
